How it works

Four steps, no travel

First, talk to us before anything comes off the car. Send the make, model, year and what the car is doing, and we will tell you honestly whether this is likely a filter problem at all. There is no point couriering a filter across the country to discover the fault was a pressure sensor.

Second, have your local garage remove the filter. Any competent workshop can do this — it is a mechanical removal, not specialist work. Ask them to note the differential pressure and soot load readings before removal if they are able to, because those numbers let us tell you exactly how much we improved things.

Third, courier it to the workshop at Azadpur, packed so the ceramic core cannot take a knock in transit. We will talk you through packing when you book. Fourth, we clean it, flow test it, and send it back with the before and after figures. Your garage refits it and performs the regeneration and adaptation reset.

Timing and what to expect

Two to four days here, plus transit each way

Work in the workshop takes two to four days depending on how heavily loaded the core is and what we find when it is opened. Transit time is on top of that in both directions and depends entirely on where you are and which courier you use.

We will tell you the price after we have seen the filter, not before. Quoting a courier job blind would mean padding the number to cover the worst case, which is not how we work — you get a fixed price once we know what is actually in front of us, and nothing proceeds until you have agreed it.

If we open the core and find it cracked, melted or oil-contaminated, we photograph it, tell you plainly that cleaning would be a waste, and send it back. We would rather return a filter uncleaned than take money for work that cannot help.

Who this suits

From Kashmir to Kerala, and everywhere between

This route exists because particulate filter specialists are thin on the ground outside the major metros. We have cleaned filters posted from across the country for owners whose local options were replacement or nothing.

It suits anyone outside our doorstep radius: the rest of Haryana and Uttar Pradesh beyond NCR, Punjab, Rajasthan, and the far corners of the country. It also suits owners inside NCR whose car is already off the road with the filter removed — there is no rule that says you have to book a doorstep visit if the part is already in your hands.

What it does not suit is a car still in limp mode with the filter fitted and no local garage able to remove it. In that case a doorstep visit or a workshop booking is the better path, and if you are anywhere in Delhi NCR that is what we will recommend.
